Ms. Williams is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Strategies. She is highly sought after policy, media relations, public affairs, community relations and management strategist, as well as writer, speaker and community leader. Her experience includes advising corporate executives, non-profit leaders, public agencies, educational institutions, and non-governmental organizations.
She has years of experience advising leaders in the legal profession, elected officials and corporate executives, including serving as the Director of the Western Region for a leading Washington, D.C. based public affairs firm, clerking for the Honorable Claudia Wilken on the District Court in the Northern District of California and externing for the late Honorable Benjamin Aranda of the Los Angeles Municipal Court, and serving as the Executive Director of the Barristers Club of San Francisco.
Ms. Williams received her J.D. degree from Stanford Law School, where she served as President of the Class of 2000. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in comparative culture from the University of California, Irvine.
Ms. Williams remains active in the community. She serves on the Executive Committee of One Voice Pac of Congresswoman Barbara Lee, is on the Council on Access and Fairness of the State Bar of California, and is co-founder and Executive Committee member of the Black Alumni Association of Stanford Law School. Ms. Williams also has served as the host of Benefit Radio -- a weekly hour long show broadcast on Green 960 AM. She interviews community, civic, and business leaders on the arts, education, community foundations, environment, and health initiatives. She served on the Board of Trustees of Presidio Hill School, where she chaired the Diversity Coalition and authored the School’s study and implementation plan regarding diversity and multiculturalism. Ms. Williams also served on the boards of many community based organizations, including World Arts West and Friends of the Children, San Francisco.
Ms Williams is an active speaker and writer. She has spoken on and participated in panel discussions regarding race relations and social justice issues impacting ethnic minority communities. In her free time, Ms. Williams likes to visit and speak with children in local public school about issues such as careers and education. She is the author of a regular article in Benefit Magazine where she profiles local business leaders on corporate social responsibility.

Ms. Lindsey is the Co-founder of Strategies LLC and served as its General Counsel for the first two years -- where she managed the legal affairs of the firm as well as providing policy analysis and advising to clients. Ms. Lindsey has served on the Board of Directors and as Financial Chair of the Bay Area’s first African American Bar Association, Charles Houston Bar Association.
Ms. Lindsey received her J.D. degree from the University of Southern California and her B.A. with honors from Pacific Union College. Ms. Lindsey is an avid hiker, enjoys substitute teaching high school children and sponsoring girls basketball teams. Ms. Lindsey is a resident of Fremont, California. |

Ms. Cohen is a Director with Strategies LLC, where she brings a tremendous amount of expertise in policy, public affairs, media relations and community and political campaigns.
Prior to joining Strategies, she has served as the Chief Legislative Aide to San Mateo County Supervisor Rose Jacobs Gibson where she worked closely with Supervisor Jacobs Gibson to analyze and make recommendation regarding budget and legislative issues. She also worked as liaison to legislative and government agencies, the media and the public private organizations.
Before joining Supervisor Jacobs Gibson’s executive staff, Ms. Cohen served as lead organizer for the Newsom For Mayor Campaign. She spent over two years with the executive staff of San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom. During this time, she served as the Executive Assistant to Mayor Newsom, Executive Assistant to the Mayor’s Chief of Staff and a Policy Analyst for the U.S. Department of Transportation.
Ms. Cohen was awarded the prestigious Coro Fellowship in 2001. As a Fellow she served in government agencies, on political campaigns, with non-profit organizations, labor unions and in business management positions in the Midwestern United States.
Ms. Cohen has a great interest in political education and empowerment. Her expertise in managing political campaigns and fundraising has elevated her to lead many successful fundraising and candidate campaigns. Ms. Cohen also has worked with community organizations, including serving as Assistant Executive Director of the Hunters Point Youth Park Foundation.
She is a member of the Board of Directors for Emerge California—an organization committed to educating and training women to run for public office. Recently, she was elected to serve a two-year term as a delegate to the California State Democratic Party Convention.
Ms. Cohen earned a Bachelor’s in Political Science, with honors from Fisk University.

Mr. Tomasic is a Client Relations Manager. He brings over 20 years of experience as a professional dancer and spokesperson, as well as over 14 years working on public education and outreach programs. Prior to joining Strategies LLC, he was the premier dancer and outreach coordinator for Verb Ballets. Mr. Tomasic has been interviewed, reviewed or appeared on a wide range of media including PBS, NPR, ABC, Los Angeles Times, New York Times, Dance Magazine, and San Francisco Chronicle, along with local cable stations. He has developed and implemented movement therapy programs with seniors and dance education programs for individuals ranging in age from five to 100 years old, as well as working with individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities. Mr. Tomasic has tremendous experience integrating arts education programs with school curriculum. He has a bachelor of fine arts from University of Cincinnati with specialization in dance.

Ms. Cooper is a Client Relations and Operations Assistant at Strategies LLC where she provides research, communications, outreach, and operations support for the firm. Some of her duties include the coordination of media, community partners, client activity reports. Ms. Cooper brings over five years of experience as a Recreational Leader for an after school education and recreation program, along with over four years of experience as a sales assistant at True Clothing. She has volunteered for a number of community based organizations including World Arts West and Friends of the Children San Francisco. Ms. Cooper enjoys playing soccer which she has been playing since the age of five. |
